we eat quite a bit of r...love the zebra and lion! <br /><br />we eat quite a bit of rice pudding around here. I make it from leftover cooked Jasmine rice -cover the rice plus a centimetre or so with milk and cook gently. Add some mixed spice, vanilla and sultans if you like. Once it is the texture you like, add some sugar. We like it warm or cold from the fridge with some cream.
