Time for Tea

Tea for Two sweater that is. I finished it this morning, and sewed it up. Isabelle was going to her little friend's house after kinder today, so I had some free time. I think it will fit just right. I still cannot get the color to show up though. It is actually a nice bright sunny yellow with orange through it, but it seems to come up a sickly white/yellow pale color. Well at least it is finished, and I did it before the end of the week.

I also did some more sock knitting. I tried the sock on Isabelle again, and she seemed to like it. I finished it up last night, and started the second one. Should have it finished in a few days hopefully, unless I get busy or sidetracked again. Well that is all for now. I am off to repair a jumper that I knitted for Isabelle last year. I don't think my seaming skills were too good on this one, as one seam has come undone. Well I hope you all have a lovely day.

That sweater is so gorgeous, I love the pattern, it looks absolutely fantastic - such a great job you did! And the sock is so cute too, I'm sure Isabelle is going to love wearing them!

I love your Tea for Two sweater. Thanks for your compliments on Hula Hula. I think the next Miss Bea on my schedule might be the Soapy Sweater from Miss Bea's Colours (love, love, love those books). Gotta get rid of some of my other WIPs though.

Such a prolific output. Sue, you are amazing and the knitting is wonderful.
Isn't it lovely to live so close to kangaroos. When we go past Gisborne Reservoir we often see the emus as well.
Cheers Gillian
