Pattern: Striped Rib Bolero from Little Sweet Peas book No. 332
Size: 6-7 years
Yarn: Snuggly DK summer green, daisy and purple
Started: End of June, Finished 4th July 2008
This little bolero turned out so nicely in the colors that Isabelle liked. The book has pink and yellow stripes but she wanted yellow and purple which I think is quite nice too. Isabelle has worn it all day today with her jeans and t-shirt. I still cant get her to let me take a photo of the last cardigan on, although she has been wearing it for the last week. I think this one might be a favourite of hers too.
Thank you all too for the lovely wonderful comments on my last 3 projects. I loved them all and had a nice few days reading them as they came into my inbox. At least getting them through the email first I dont miss any from a previous post and I can check in and see who some of them are coming from. I always love reading new people's blogs too and cannot wait to see what wonderful creations they have made, whether it is knitting, sewing or something else just as wonderful.
I have to say that I love the new update on ravelry too ticking the boxes in the friend's activity to see who has marked a fave (which I could love too and add to my queue), or seeing a newly finished project, or a great project marked next on someone's list to knit up. So many wonderful things to see and so exciting too.
Well I am off to go and knit some more on some pressies for a wonderful mum who is expecting twins very soon. Progress shots will be posted over the weekend hopefully.
