FO No. 18

Okay here we go, on a roll with the knitted toys lately (might get me inspired to finish off Isabelle's upside down doll and xmas bear too).
Pattern: Geoffrey Giraffe
Kit: bought at Spotlight
Started: 18 May 2009 Finished: 21 May 2009
Size 3mm needles, cotton as supplied
I liked knitting this one but I cant say I liked seaming him up as he was so fiddly with the ears and the knobs. Attaching them to his head was a lot easier though and I tried to add as many spots as I thought necessary. Isabelle woke up this morning to find him sitting on her bedside table, and when I walked into her room she was very happy at finding him! Now off to knit some more and enjoy the wonderful warm weather we are having. It reached 20 degrees today and was so nice.

These kits are just too cute! I love the spots on the giraffe. It must have delighted Isabelle to wake up to find that cutie in her room. You are a sweet mommy.

Both animals look great. It takes great patience to finish off knitted toys. Both are stunning.
You have the same weather as us here in London, sunny and around 20 degrees C.
