Day 2 .....

looks like we busy beavers in Jodie's swap have been busily making beautiful dishcloths. Look at what arrived in my mailbox yesterday! Thankyou so much Leigh for sending me 2 of the patterns I had been looking at myself to make, now I can just use them straight away instead of having to knit them up myself, lol! The lavender soap smells divine and I got some lebanese cucumbers seeds and some flower seeds. I love eating lebanese cucumbers, although I am the only one around here who does! I was so happy to receive them too and it brightened up my day. I have to say this last week of school holidays has been a bit exhausting mentally and I will be thankful when the kids return to school so they wont be so BORED! Lachlan has had his friend over for the last few days and nights which is fine, although they dont turn off the bedroom light until around 1 in the morning, so guess who is a grumpy boy the next day! I think today it is time for them to go outside and do something other than video games and movies! Okay tomorrow I have something to show that took quite a while to finish, although technically it shouldnt have. Just waiting on Paul to come home so I can take some pics ....

Wow, another Blogtoberfestee! Love the washers, aren't they fabulous?! It's so nice getting something just for you in the mail. Yep, the hols are almost over and I'm sure the kids will like getting back to school and seeing their friends. Even though I will miss mine I do like the routine of school weeks and also some time with my little Rosie. Hope you have a lovely weekend xo
ps thanks for your always interesting comments on my blog, I look forward to reading them!

What a cool swap package! Love the flower shaped one *especially* that will be one you use when you have a special bath :)

Good luck with those seeds. I have never been able to grow plants from seeds (except skinny carrots as a child). I'll be interested how that goes.
