Bambi Skirt

I finally took a picture of Miss Isabelle wearing the skirt I made for her last week. She actually has her dance skirt on underneath it so it looks a bit bulky. She has declared that she wont be wearing it until it is just above the knees which might next year! I added some beautiful pink/purple ribbon to the bottom to match the pink in the fabric. I hope she grows to like it (the only reason it is long because I didnt want to cut any of it off). Oh well she'll grow into it wont she? Oh nearly forgot, I bought the fabric from Corrie. She always has such beautiful things in her shop.

That looks like a great skirt Sue. i love the fabric and the trim you have used. I made some pj pants for Jazzy today and she wouldn't take her shorts off to try them on so I know all about bulky. XX

Lovely skirt.
Daughters are so fussy, but hopefully she will love it more next year and then wear it a lot.
