Day 9 - FO No. 30

Stripey Cardigan from Baby Cashmerino 2 Book
Project No. 30

I finally got around to finishing off a project, all it needed was the buttons.  I had to add an extra one to the top of the cardigan as it didnt sit right where I had placed the buttonholes for some reason. Oh well I think it still looks cute. I love the lime green and cream combination, and stripes are one of my favourite knits. I will have to give this one a soak to pull it into shape a bit more I think as I gave it a press with the iron to straighten it out a bit.

Pattern: Striped cardigan from Baby Cashmerino 2, size 6-9 months
Yarn: Bendigo Woollen Mills Melody yarn, lime and cream about 1.5 balls
of each I think.

I dont even know if these 2 colors are in stock anymore at BWM at all as I know the red sold out quite quickly. I still have quite a few more colors in this yarn so some more cute baby knits will be made. I need to sew up another project tonight so I can show you all tomorrow.

Very cute, I knit one for my Miss T in almost the same colours. I can't remember if there was a problem with the buttons. I did use heart shaped ones and they seemed hard to do up but did keep the band in place.
