2010 - FO No 39

This is a project that I finished today.  It is a Christmas gift and I really love it.  The pattern is from one of my mum's books Tea Cozies 2 and it is called Spring!  I omitted the side flowers and just opted to do the top ones and I changed the flowers too.  I think it turned out really cute in the Cozy Lincraft yarn too and I used some spare Jo Sharp DK wool for the leaves and an 8 ply stash yarn for the flowers.  I hope it is well received and it is a cute little tea cozie.  I think I may make another one for my mum for Christmas but a different design.  Now I am off to do some more seaming as I have finished up another two baby knits which I need to show you later on!

Very cute - and it does look very Spring-y! I have toyed with the idea of knitting my mom a tea cozy. After seeing yours, I think I will give it a go.
