Blogtoberfest has started which is so exciting! I am popping in today to share with you my painting efforts from last weekend. Up above in the first 2 pics are Lachie's old room which Isabelle now resides in. The colors on the walls were a pale yellow as the rest of the house but I thought I would let the kids choose their own colors (with a bit of help from me) on the final selection. I think they did really well. Isabelle chose a beautiful blue/aqua color which doesnt seem to show up quite as well in that picture but you get te idea. Lachie's room is at the bottom and I really love his color, perfect for a boy I think. Paul loves it too so I am quietly hoping that he doesnt want the rumpus room to be that color! I think it was a good weekend painting, although putting everything back into a new room did take us a few hours, plus a trip to the op shop and the tip! Okay see you tomorrow!
