I have also been knitting away. I am about to knit a beautiful ballet wrap style cardigan for Isabelle from Junior Knits called Theresa. It looks very pretty in the book. I only found 4 other people who knit this pattern on ravelry so I do hope mine turns out nicely. We also attended our family get together at Paul's grandmother's on Sunday. Poor thing, she was too busy being sick, but eventually calmed down enough to enjoy herself. I got to hug a few new babies that I had knit gifts for but hadnt met yet. They are both gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Lachie couldnt get enough of Sam, and surprised everyone with how good he was with him. Isabelle wore her new cardigan too, but alas decided to play in the grass with her cousins, so it had to have a delicate trip through the washing machine and thankfully all the prickles and burrs, and grassy bits came out and the cardigan looks like new again. I will try this weekend to get a photo of her in it as we have Paul's brother's BBQ this Sunday over in Murrumbeena (and I will be making sure that the cardigan is not going to be dragged through the grass again) and try and take a picture of her in it then all dressed up. It is supposed to rain by then, but hopefully it will hold out for a few hours on Sunday. Other than that I am still knitting my sister's sweater but it is still boring to take a pic of. No-one likes to see just boring ribbing do they? I am hoping after next week that I will get more of a chance to sit down and do some knitting as the children finish school next week for 6 weeks. We are not going away this year so maybe a few little day trips here and there will stop the kids becoming totally bored. Well that is it for now as I am off to knit.
P.S. Thank you to everyone who left me wonderful comments about Sweet Pea. I loved each and every one of them and I really do appreciate the time you to take to leave me a comment too. So thank you so much!

What a beautiful package you've received - yay for winning contests! The angel is ever so adorable!
I'm glad to hear that Isabelle's cardigan got perfectly clean again in the machine - I'm looking forward to seeing that pic of her dressed up with it at the BBQ! Have fun there, will you?
Maybe it's just me but I think the new angel looks a lot like Isabelle. Both are precious.
In case I forget later, have a wonderful holiday.
