I just discovered a new knitting magazine here in the newsagency. It has quite a few nice patterns in it. Here are 2 of my favourites so far:
Garter Stitch Baby Blanket which I really like. I think by looking at the pattern that you just increase the amount of rows in the same colors as you knit along on it. It does look very effective and I love the blues and browns together too.
These Marywarmers are very nice too, although the dark yarn is hard to photograph to show up the pattern on them clearly. I think I may just attempt to make some this year as gifts for those cooler nights.
Tomorrow I will hopefully have an FO to show you. I am just hoping it will still fit Isabelle otherwise I will have to sell it to someone who loves it as much as I do. Fingers crossed!!

The blanket is really nice and I like the colors, too. Something about a simple garter stitch blanket that makes me want to knit it. Simple yet beautiful.
