Look what I won over on Jodie's blog the other day, one of her gorgeous dishcloths. I love the eyelet pattern although you cant really see them clearly in this picture. It is one of my favourite colors too, chocolate brown.
I have also been knitting up some mini xmas cloths for my swap partner in Jodie's xmas dishcloth swap. No pictures until my swap partner receives them though just in case she reads my blog! I am just trying to work out a xmas decoration to make for her too but I am sure I will be able to come up with something lovely for her.
Other news - I sewed up Isabelle's dress finally which seems to be a bit big on her but will fit her properly next year if she still likes purple and flowers! I am going to sew her a skirt today too, in some very pretty fabric that I bought from Corrie (photo later when Isabelle comes home). I didnt manage to finish off the pink hoodie for the 1st birthday girl so she received another handmade cardigan I had made and a little purple and green striped hat which I hope will fit her. I also found out that her new cousin due in January is going to be a girl too so I can probably gift it to her mum instead. if she likes it I might make her one too. The pixie hat I knit a few weeks ago seems very small so I havent bothered to take a picture of it. It looks doll sized to me so maybe I will try again in a larger size next time. I havent done much knitting this week but I am hoping to rectify that this week as I really do need to get the pink jacket all finished and I need to finish off my sister's birthday jacket (photos once I finished it). I have nearly finished writing out all my Christmas cards too but I keep remembering people on my list. Maybe this year I need to write out who sends us one too so I dont forget anyone! Okay off to sew....

Lovely dishcloth. Are you going to use it as a dishcloth?
You have been very busy. I have just started writing out the envelopes on my Christmas cards.
So glad you loved the cloth I set Sue and that it was the right colour, your favourite...
Can't wait to see some pix of the sewing that you've been doing for Isabelle...
