Giveaway!

Okay I know I took all week to decide what to giveaway for my 500 posts.  I have been super busy this week with the kids going back to school and trying to get back into a routine (not only them but me).  I also had my gorgeous girlfriend from England pop over on Monday night so we could catch up on 7 years of not seeing each other (so good to do that).  So now here is what I am going to give away so I hope you like it.

- 2 vintage pattern books full of kids patterns
- 1 Mike the Monkey kit (not even opened in case you were wondering)
- 3 balls of Anne cotton, 2 red and 1 purple
- 2 balls of sock yarn which I think is Kate's wonderful sock yarn (hope you like pinks)
- 1 ball of jigsaw sock yarn
- 3 balls of Anchor Magicline cotton, all different colors
- 3 balls of Heirloom 3 ply in a beautiful purple color.

Now all you have to do is leave me a comment saying your interested in the giveaway and I will pop your name into a hat so to say and draw out a winner Sunday week.  If you like you can even tell your friends too, the more the merrier I say!  I will be back during the week with an FO to show you all, just need some weaving in of ends and a ribbon or two added.

This contest is now closed.  Thanks to everyone who entered and congratulations to Dillpickle (Anna) who won my giveway.!

What a generous and colorful lot of yarns. And who can resist Mike? Kids patterns are also always welcome. Thanks so much for the giveaway, but most of all CONGRATS GALORE on 500 posts! That is such a super acheivement! I will understand if this not open to non-Austrailian entries - that's a lot to post internationally!

That is a great lot of goodies!! I'd love to be in the draw. I gave away all my cotton yarn because I don't like knitting with it... but now I have a 4 heddle loom, and making a cotton summer scarf (or 5) with these yarns would be awesome!

Hi Sue, I got my yellow ribbons from Spotlight. They're giving them away for free - I don't think you can actually buy them. But it's basically a piece of dark yellow ribbon with a gold pin. You could easily make your own if you have the necessary bits.

BTW, your giveaway looks fantastic! I'd love to go in the draw if you'll have me ;-)

Well done Sue, on your 500 posts.
I loved seeing Williamstown. It was one of my favourite day trips too. Don't enter me!!! Lovely gifts but I'm still struggling with the first sock and the new bathroom renovations. Things are getting there but the bathroom project is becoming bigger than the Taj Mahal renovations.
Cheers for now Gillian
