Dishcloth Swap Parcel Received!

The postie dropped off a gorgeous parcel for me yesterday from Toni!  I had joined in with Jodie's cloth swap again (so wonderful) and this time received beautiful cloths, red and white in a waffle stitch I think.  Red is one of my very favourite colors you know and teamed with white it is just gorgeous.  I also received some very nice seeds which will be planted in my wooden wheelbarrow in the front garden and I really do hope the cats dont dig them up as they killed my last plant in there, naughty kitties!  I also received some really nice soaps too which I cant wait to try out later on.  Thanks so much Toni for being such a gorgeous swap pal.  Oh and on a funny note - I posted my parcel off at the beginning of the week and then yesterday after leaving the doctors (a nasty ear infection was confirmed) I was searching in my new red bag for my phone and what did I spy - my soap from my parcel that I thought was on its way to my swap pal.  How weird, must have slipped out and I hadnt realised.  Anyway I rush home to email Jodie and my swap pal has emailed me saying how lovely the parcel was and how lovely it smelt but no soap - assuming the postal system has scored a bar of soap!  I had to explain that it must somehow of slipped out of my wrapping paper and I hadnt realised since I have been doing silly things all week.  So happy to say that now the said soap is on its way wrapped up nice and tightly and off to jewells!

What a lovely swap you received, I hope you are feeling better now?
I have done that exact same thing, except I just didn't take the soap out of my bag and put it in the parcel.

Lovely parcel of goodies. Must have been very exciting to see that in your letter box. :)

Your package looks gorgeous and I love all your cabled knitting in your old posts too. I totally understand the knitting addiction...it is better than other addictions I have tried!

How funny that the postman might have taken the soap -- glad that wasn't the case. Looks like a lovely swap!
