The New Knitty Is Up

and the patterns are great in it. I knew it was due soon, and they seem to have covered a wider range of things in this issue. My printer is busy printing off the patterns at the moment that I really do like. One of my favourites is Sherwood, and the color is a gorgeous green, and the little boy modelling it is just so cute. I also printed out Ivy the wraparound cardi, Serrano the lacey cardi, Avaste the man's jacket with the patterned edging and the little backpack pattern which I hope to make one day for Isabelle.

I also finished the back to the CPH, and after reading the knitalong notes, I hope that mine fits me or otherwise it will be a pressie for someone at Christmas.

Now onto other exciting news, I finished Noelle's Christmas pressie, so Karyn DO NOT LET NOELLE see it on the computer please. I just love it.

The pattern is the Sail Jacket from Miss Bea's books. I knit the larger size but made it longer in the arms and the length. I hope that it fits Noelle and that Karyn likes it. I have finished one of Karyn's pressies, but that will have to wait until after she gets it for Christmas until I post about them. The receipients can't peek at their finished pressies you know!

Well I am off to knit a quick knit project now, so I hope it really is a quick knit. Photos tomorrow of the progress that I make. Happy knitting everyone!

What a cute sweater! A lucky little girl!

I was curious to see how people liked the new knitty patterns. I didn't really see any must knits in the last batch, but this one seems better.

Thank you for visiting my blog. :)

That's gorgeous. You always seem to choose and put colours together so well.
Mum sent me the green tea spray last birthday too. I love it.
Cheers Gillian
