This hat is my auntie's birthday present which is in September. I know it is early but I loved this hat when I saw it on Katt's blog. She so kindly wrote out the pattern for me and I knit it up in 2 days. As soon as Isabelle saw it finished she rushed off with it to the bathroom and came out declaring that she was "an artist". It was so funny when you saw how she was rolling her eyes and prancing around the kitchen.
Started: 22nd January 2009
Finished: 23rd January 2009
Yarn: Vintage Hues, 1.5 balls
The only changes I made to the pattern was I knit the ribbing for 5 cms instead of stocking stitch. I love the way the colors on the Vintage Hues knits up, so here is a pic of the beautiful aqua at the top. Thank you Katt for designing such a lovely hat pattern!

My first thought was, the model wants a new hat too.
The colours look great on her. A lovely hat.
I have finally got round to the meme.
