2011 FO 20

Ditto is finally finished.  Sorry there are no modelled shots but outside is grey and dreary and freezing cold.  Perhaps when the sun decides to shine I will put it on.
This is for me and is quite comfy even though it is knit out of acrylic yarn (ooh the shock) which is Heirloom Dazzle.  I usually knit kid's clothes for my god-daughter out of this yarn because their colors are nice and bright and because most mums like things that can be thrown into the washing machine.  Anyway I saw this charcoal color and thought how nice it would be for a short sleeved cardi for me.  You can find all the details on ravelry (I must learn to link my ravelry details on here one day).  I only used 3 balls of yarn which surprised me.  I have some BWM yarn to knit my Cassidy out of soon but first I must finish Paul's sweater since he has lost so much weight his other sweaters are swimming on him.  Wish I could give him some of my excess!  Okay off to try and see if any washing is dry at all and stay warm if your in cold Melbourne today!

Lovely indeed!

You can link to your ravelry page by copying the web address of the ravelry page you want to link to, then highlight the word in your blog draft and click on the symbol above your text that looks like an eternity sign. Another box will pop up, click in it and paste the raverly address in there and ta-dah, when you publish your post you will have your link. Feel free to email me if that doesn't make sense or you have any questions. :)

Looks great & I love the color. Grey is an easy color to match & it will be nice for spring.
